  1. In as much as SRC is trying its best to harmonize the salary structures, there are huge disparities in the way employees benefit in promotions. There are historical injustices done so that professionals of the same cadre and qualifications have very big differences. Most people have been lumped in job group L since 2009 which is being termed competitive while others slip away to higher scales. Is there anyone who checks on the IPPD systems to discover this? Mainly happening in the ministry of Health.
