Over the recent past, women have delved deeper into technology especially in Africa. Women have been encouraged to get into tech to improve the gender’s representation in the field.

In as much as more women have taken up roles in technology and are important players in the market, it is also crucial that they get to leadership roles. In an informative discussion, women in tech leadership talked about how to maximise the leadership capability of women in any organisations.
