South African Firms GK & TradeLink Announce Collaboration
GK Africa has announced a collaboration with TradeLink, one of the leading Retail Services companies in the Southern African market.
Jan-Michael van Detten, GK Africa’s Managing Director, has said that the company recognises the skilled resource shortage in the South African market, especially in the niche retail industry. This, according to Jan-Michael, is why GK Africa aims to ensure that its customers have reliable end-to-end support services with no impact to trade.
To provide the Southern African market with skilled resources, GK and TradeLink have deepened their collaboration to the market. TradeLink are working on an extensive GK OmniPOS training programme to upskill resources. The programme will also extend the wrap around services for onsite, QA and L1 support services to GK OmniPOS customers.
