Noah Amoke has been appointed CM.com Sales Manager for Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA).
CM.com is a global company that specialises in cloud software for conversational commerce that enables businesses to facilitate customer experience. Their communications and payments platform empowers marketing, sales, and customer support to automate engagement with customers across multiple digital channels.
In the new role, Amoke will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the CM.com sales team in Kenya and the rest of the Sub-Saharan region. He is also tasked with designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures a strong presence of CM.com. He is also expected to maintain a good relationship with the current customers, and ensure the maximum benefit of cm.com solution to the customers.
Amoke transitions from being a Business Development Manager (Kenya and Sub-Sahara Africa) a position he has held for two and a half years. Previously he was a Sales Manager at Infobip where he was tasked with driving the growth of the company. His 11 years of experience in sales and marketing has seen Amoke work for other companies like Craft Silicon, Jambo Pay and the Bank of Africa.
