Country Manager, Cisco Systems East Africa
Shain Rahim is the Country leader for Cisco Kenya since 2022. As the Country leader, Rahim is responsible for managing Cisco's operations and driving business growth in Kenya. Further to this role, she is also responsible for Regional Sales in East Africa. Rahim has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry and joined Cisco over 20 years ago. She has held various leadership positions in Cisco, including serving as the Channel Lead for the East Africa region as well as Leading Sales and Channel for the greater SubSaharan Africa Region.

Senior Manager - Monitoring and Observability, Kirey Group
Stefano Bertolin is the Senior Manager of Monitoring & Observability area at Kirey Group, an Application Performance Monitoring expert based out of Padua (Italy). With his team he is working with companies in Italy and East Africa to proactively identify performance issues on business critical applications, and to reduce MTTR with an effective full end to end visibility of the end user experience.
