Vertiv And Bitzero Partner On Critical Infrastructure For Next-Generation AI Data Centres
AI infrastructure provider Bitzero has entered into a collaboration with digital infrastructure company Vertiv as it seeks to strengthen the technology and engineering capabilities supporting the development of AI and high-performance computing (HPC) data centres.
The agreement adds Vertiv to Bitzero’s network of infrastructure and technology partners, bringing expertise in critical power systems, thermal management and data centre deployment. The companies said the collaboration is intended to support the design and delivery of hyperscale, AI and HPC facilities, where demand for reliable power and advanced cooling continues to grow alongside increasingly compute-intensive workloads.
The partnership comes as organisations investing in artificial intelligence place greater emphasis on the infrastructure needed to support next-generation computing. AI data centres require significantly higher power densities than traditional facilities, making efficient cooling, resilient power systems and modular infrastructure critical to maintaining performance and reducing deployment timelines.

Under the collaboration, Vertiv is expected to contribute technologies and engineering expertise in areas including critical power infrastructure and liquid cooling systems, which have become increasingly important as AI servers generate higher thermal loads. The companies said these capabilities will support Bitzero’s efforts to develop scalable data centre infrastructure for AI and HPC applications.

The collaboration also reflects the growing importance of integrated infrastructure as enterprises scale AI deployments. Beyond graphics processing units (GPUs) and compute capacity, operators must address rising electricity consumption, heat dissipation and the need for resilient facilities capable of supporting continuous AI workloads.
