Commonwealth Telecommunications Organization (CTO) in partnership with Communications Authority of Kenya (CA) and the Ministry of Information, Communications and Technology (ICT) will hold the first CTO Forum 2015 at Safari park Hotel in Nairobi Kenya from October 14th to October 16th September 2015.
Taking place in the margins of the 55th Council Meeting of the Commonwealth Telecommunications Organisation, the Forum is the premier ICT conference of the Commonwealth, senior policymakers, regulators and industry leaders from across the Commonwealth and beyond will gather to examine the most topical issues in the ICT sectors.

Among the key speakers during the CTO Forum will be Prof. Tim Unwin who is the Secretary General of CTO as well as Mr. Francis Wangusi – Director General Communications Authority.
Other speakers include will incude Prof. Garba Danbatta – Executive Vice Chair & CEO Nigerian Communications Commission, Mr. Paul Njaga – CEO Chase Bank and Mr. Malcolm Johnson – Deputy Secretary General, International Technology Union (ITU).
Themed as “Towards a connected Commonwealth” the Forum brings together policy makers, regulators and representatives from the 53 Commonwealth member countries to discuss key aspects of ICT access and use.

The Forum, being held in Kenya for the first time, will address issues of cyber security, broadband access, international connectivity and financing connectivity among other relevant topics.
Discussions will focus on policy, regulation, technologies, operations, investment and multilateral cooperation.
