Microsoft has sponsored the Digital Transformation (dx100) Symposium & Awards. The ubiquitous tech company will be fronting two key speakers: Phyllis Migwi, Country Manager, Kenya and Catherine Muraga, Managing Director, Africa Development Kenya (ADC) Kenya. They will both be speaking on key aspects of digital transformation with Migwi addressing a keynote on From Digital Transformation to Digital First and Muraga as a panellist discussing Why Digital Transformation Should Be a Strategic Priority in Africa.
The event will be held from 23 through to 25 November 2022. Leadership, innovation, and business strategy conversations will dominate the event. Executives from the winning companies will also be recognised by their peers and colleagues at the dx100 Awards ceremony at Leisure Lodge, Diani.
“There’s no doubt that the digital economy in Africa is undergoing a transformation. Organisations including governments are investing in technology to enhance operational efficiencies and service delivery. At Microsoft, we are eager to continue partnering with both public and private sector players to create innovative technology solutions that improve their agility in responding to customer needs and build business resilience against economic shocks,” said Phyllis Migwi, Microsoft Kenya Country Manager.
Hosted by dx⁵ (formerly CIO Africa), a dx100 Award is an acknowledged mark of enterprise excellence in business transformation enabled by IT, enhancing your organisation’s reputation as a leader in its sector. A dx100 Award generates positive PR and provides tangible, industrywide recognition of leadership, innovation, and engagement.
The 14th edition of the Digital Transformation (dx100) Symposium & Awards (formerly CIO100) programme celebrates 100 organisations (and the people within them) using IT in innovative ways to deliver business value, whether by creating competitive advantage, optimising business processes, enabling growth, improving relationships with customers or digitally transforming the business. Organisations with innovative projects may be invited to present at the event.
This year’s theme is Catalysing C-Suite Engagement in Digital Transformation.
“We are excited to partner with dx100 at the upcoming digital transformation symposium in Diani. We look forward to engaging with the delegates and addressing the need to accelerate digital transformation in Kenya and the continent,’ concluded Migwi.
