Letshego Uganda CEO Giles Germany Aijukwe declared the LetsGO app design perfect. Well, almost. He did say it was convenient, diverse, competitive and offers a great experience. “Since Letshego is a customer-centric business, it’s incumbent on us to design products and services that factor in convenience, diverse product/service offerings, and competitive edge and above all-provide a seamless experience. With the LetsGo App, I have no doubt all the aforementioned will be met. I am elated and optimistic for Ugandans,” he said.
Giles mentioned the past decade experienced an explosion of mobile app users globally. That by end of 2020, there were about 3.5bn smartphone users worldwide. “From brand promotion to learning more about your customer base, there is almost no limit to how much utility you can get from apps,” he said.
