Hexaware Opens New Delivery Center In Cairo
Hexaware Technologies, a global provider of digital and IT services, has expanded its international delivery network with the launch of a new operations centre in Cairo. The facility opens with an initial team of 100 professionals and will support customers across Egypt, the Middle East, and key European markets.
Situated within one of Cairo’s premier technology parks, the new centre is designed to deliver multilingual customer experience (CX) services across Arabic, English, and major European languages. Egypt’s strong education system, deep pool of language talent, and strategic time zone have continued to position the country as a fast-growing hub for digital operations and global business services. Hexaware is also partnering with local universities to develop a sustainable pipeline of technology and CX talent as it scales up in the market.
“This delivery centre marks Hexaware’s entry into a new geography and is a significant expansion of our presence in Egypt,” said Amrinder Singh, President & Head of EMEA & APAC at Hexaware. “Cairo gives us access to rich talent and modern infrastructure, allowing us to support our clients more closely as they scale their operations in the region.”

The new facility will anchor Hexaware’s AI-driven, human-enhanced delivery model, integrating automation, analytics, and generative AI with skilled CX teams. It also aligns with the company’s broader strategy to build modern, digital-first delivery hubs in key global locations to support its expanding customer experience portfolio.
