Dennis Volemi Assumes New Role At KCB Bank

Dennis Volemi, a business and technology leader, has assumed the role of Group Director of Technology at KCB Bank Group.

Volemi joins KCB after serving as the Chief Information and Digital Officer at Diamond Trust Bank, for almost a year. He boasts over 20 years of experience across diverse industries, including financial services, telecommunications, and media and entertainment.

During his time in the industry, Volemi has excelled in technology strategy, digital transformation, change management, and service operations.

Before his tenure at Diamond Trust Bank, Volemi held the position of Group Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Equity Bank Limited. He has also held the role of Director of Information Technology (IT) at NCBA Group, along with holding senior positions in various other firms.

Volemi holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Nairobi and Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Kenyatta University.
