CIO Africa by dx5 Partners With TALO Africa
CIO Africa by dx5 has entered into a strategic partnership with TALO Africa. Aimed at redefining how Africa’s digital transformation story is shaped, communicated, and governed, the collaboration brings together CIO Africa by dx5 trusted executive media platform and continent-wide convening power and TALO Africa’s leadership in governance-led digital transformation and institutional narrative design.
“Africa’s digital transformation has reached a stage where credibility, leadership, and clear framing matter as much as innovation,” stated Harry Hare, Chairman, CIO Africa by dx5. “We see growing demand from CIOs and boards for thinking that connects technology choices to governance, value creation, and institutional trust.”
Together, the two organisations will help African institutions build and use technological systems, while also helping leaders explain their value, protect their importance, and position them clearly in boardrooms, the media, and policy discussions.

“This partnership is about Africa owning not just the technology it adopts, but the governance, narrative, and long-term value of its digital transformation,” said Suban Nur Gaas, Founder and Managing Director of TALO Africa.
The partnership will unfold through executive editorial features, board-level briefings, curated storytelling and thought leadership, as well as closed-door roundtables across 2026.
The initiative reinforces their joint commitment to guide the content’s technological development with strong governance and a clear narrative shaped on Africa’s terms.
