Christopher Mwangi Named EA CTO At Liquid

Christopher Mwangi has assumed the role of East Africa Region Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Liquid Intelligent Technologies, transitioning from his previous position as the company’s CTO for Kenya.

Liquid Intelligent Technologies, a subsidiary of Cassava Technologies, is a provider of pan-African digital infrastructure. With an extensive fibre broadband network spanning more than 110,000 km, Liquid offers custom digital solutions, including cloud services and cybersecurity, to public and private sector enterprises and SMEs throughout the continent.

As the CTO, Mwangi will be responsible for making executive decisions regarding the organization’s technological interests, implementing effective technology strategies, and ensuring alignment between technological resources and the company’s business needs.

Expressing his excitement on LinkedIn, Mwangi shared his gratitude to God, the Liquid leadership team, and his colleagues for their incredible support during his two-year tenure as CTO Kenya.

Mwangi joined Liquid Intelligent in 2020 from Liquid Telecom where he served as the company’s Network Engineering Manager. Before his time at Liquid Telecom, Mwangi served as a Senior Network Operations Center Engineer at Kenya Data Networks (KDN).
