AXIAN Telecom Signs Partnership With Huawei
AXIAN Telecom and Huawei have signed a Strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in Shanghai, marking a significant step toward advancing Africa’s digital transformation agenda and fostering inclusive, sustainable digital economies across the continent.
The agreement strengthens collaboration between the two companies across three core pillars: Digital Connectivity, Digital Finance, and Digital Operations. Through the partnership, AXIAN Telecom and Huawei will work jointly to modernize network infrastructure, expand access to digital services, and introduce next-generation technologies aimed at improving affordability, resilience, and overall service quality in AXIAN Telecom’s markets.
Under the MoU, the partners will prioritize the deployment of scalable and future-ready technologies, including 5G, cloud-based networks, AI-driven operations, and advanced digital platforms. These innovations are expected to enhance AXIAN Telecom’s ability to deliver reliable, secure, and high-performance services tailored to the evolving needs of individuals, enterprises, and public institutions.
