ASSNTURE Holdings Ltd Establishes ASSNTURE Afrique Limited, Kenya
ASSNTURE Holdings Limited, a digital securities and real-world asset (RWA) tokenisation company incorporated in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), UAE, today announced the formation of ASSNTURE Afrique Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary incorporated in Kenya. This marks their strategic entry into East Africa, moving it towards delivering next-generation digital assets infrastructure and RWA tokenisation solutions to one of the world’s fastest-growing financial technology markets.
