Absa, Huawei Launch Private Cloud Solution Across Africa

Absa has entered into a strategic partnership with Huawei to deploy an innovative Private Cloud Solution. This accelerates its transformation into a digital-first, cloud-native bank.

At its core, the partnership is about speed, intelligence, and sovereignty. The new cloud infrastructure will enable Absa to deliver faster, more personalised financial services to millions of customers across Africa, all while maintaining full compliance with local data sovereignty and regulatory frameworks.
