Huduma centres will reduce graft, says secretariat boss
The Huduma Centres established across the country will reduce corruption in the provision of government services. Head of Huduma secretariat Dennis Mutuku said yesterday that Huduma Kenya Centres are tailored to stamp out corruption characterised by endless queues, adding that they will also save valuable time during service delivery.

Liquid Telecom’s head of IP strategy, Andrew Alston is set to speak at the Connected East Africa Summit on information security on March 31, 2015. The NSE launches its annual online investment challenge
The Nairobi Securities Exchange (NSE) this morning officially launched its annual online competition, the 2015 NSE Investment Challenge, at the Exchange building. The NSE Investment Challenge is the Exchange’s flagship financial literacy initiative which was launched in April 2008 targeting to inculcate an investment culture among the youth in universities and other tertiary institutions of higher learning.

Wangechi Mwangi, a Kenyan student, from Strathmore University, has made it to the finals of the Global Student Entrepreneur Awards (GSEA) where she will pit her tech start-up, Valuraha Group, against 41 other finalist’s start-ups in a bid to win a $20,000 (Ksh 1,680,000) cash prize.
