Samsung Electronics Maghreb has partnered with Morocco’s Ministry of Education to deliver Samsung mobile technologies to schools in cities and rural areas across the country through the “Let’s Make Samsung Technology Come to You” initiative.
More than 20 employees decided to install Samsung Smart School and Ministry of Education-approved educational resources onto more than 1,000 Samsung tablets, and pack the devices into 100 ‘Education Trolleys’ that would be rolled out to public schools throughout Morocco.
“Each trolley contains 10 Samsung Galaxy Tab A’s for students use, as well as a Galaxy Book 2-in-1 PC to help teachers lead interactive and engaging lessons that allow students to explore the world in a manner that goes beyond the limitations of physical textbooks,” read a statement from Samsung. “The trolleys’ portability makes it easy for teachers to transport the devices from one classroom to another and spread the benefits of immersive digital learning to hundreds of students.”

“Samsung will also conduct a training session for the schools early next year that will show teachers how to utilize the devices and solutions in their lessons to help strengthen students’ digital skills,” the statement concluded.
