Safaricom PLC Ranked Top Company to Work for in Kenya by LinkedIn

In this regard, Networking platform Linkedin has compiled a Top Companies list which identifies the 25 finest places in Kenya for professionals to advance their careers.
In Kenya, employment in the private-sector fell to the lowest level ever recorded in the sector in over half a decade. The many changes put employees and job seekers in the driver’s seat, igniting them to rethink what they expect out of an employer today.

The LinkedIn Top Companies list in Kenya is the 1st annual ranking of the 25 best workplaces to grow your career in the country, all based on unique LinkedIn data. It debuts alongside Top Companies lists for Nigeria and South Africa.
“These are companies offering stability in our ever-changing world of work – the ones that are not only attracting employees, but retaining them,” LinkedIn said in a statement.
In Kenya, Safaricom PLC was the number one ranked company to work for followed by Equity Bank Group and then Kenya Airways.
