Safaricom customers can now purchase a weekly 4G 200 MB data bundle at only KSh. 99 while monthly 4G data bundles will be priced as low as KSh. 1,499 for a 5 GB data bundle.
According to Julius Kundu, Internet and Propositions Manager at Safaricom, the 4G Network will help drive the mobile data uptake in Kenya as well as help Safaricom customers do more on the internet as the network guarantees five times faster internet speeds that are buffer-free and faster social media uploads and instant downloads.
