Nairobi City dwellers who use the KBS buses have been treated to free rides to their respective destinations courtesy of telecom giant Safaricom that is now celebrating 16 years of existence in Kenya.
Safaricom CEO Bob Collymore and his staff took to the various parts of Nairobi as the celebrations kicked off on Thursday morning of 15th December 2016.
At Kencom bus station in Nairobi, Collymore personally took to the role of waiving passengers to board the buses as he reportedly personally paid for their tickets.

CIO East Africa has been informed that this was one of the activities of Safaricom celebrating 16 years in Kenya. There were similar activities happening across all regions countrywide as the company did it’s part in “giving back to customers.”
