Microsoft wins big at this year’s Mobile World Congress

Microsoft’s range of devices were this year recognized at the annual Mobile World Congress (#MWC15), winning 10 awards in various categories at the event.

The Surface Pro 3 won the Best Mobile Tablet; Surface Pro 3 is the third-generation Surface-series 2-in-1 tablet/laplet by Microsoft.

Video Tuner and Lumia 530 were runners up in the Best Mobile Photo, Art, Video or TV App, and Best Low Cost Smartphone categories, respectively.

The Lumia 640 XL picked up Top Pick of Mobile World Congress 2015 trophies from Expert Reviews, PC Pro and Tom’s Guide, while the Lumia 640 received Best of Mobile World Congress 2015 by Trusted Reviews.

The innovative Universal Foldable Keyboard was awarded Best of Mobile World Congress 2015 by TechnoBuffalo and Übergizmo.

Windows Central alone awarded the Lumia 640, Lumia 640 XL and Universal Foldable Keyboard the 2015 Top Pick award.
