Mastercard and Women Choice Expand Partnership To Empower Women Entrepreneurs Across MEA
Mastercard and Women Choice have announced an expansion of their partnership to further support women entrepreneurs across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. This collaboration aims to create 1 million employment opportunities for women by 2030.
Women Choice, an international organization that advances women’s personal and professional development, launched the pilot cohort in 2023 With a target of impacting 50,000 women entrepreneurs in 2024 alone. The partnership introduces two new initiatives: ImpactHer and EmpowerHer – programs which will provide women entrepreneurs with comprehensive training, mentorship, and resources to help them grow their businesses and generate employment opportunities in their chosen fields.

Women Choice, has already connected over 15,000 women entrepreneurs through its network. These women have participated in over 100 accelerator programs and conferences in recent years.
