Jackie Mburu Appointed Commercial Sales Director, East Africa & Country Leader In Kenya

Upstream System recently appointed Jackie Mburu the Commercial Sales Director in East Africa and Country Leader for Kenya.

Jackie takes up the newly created role to lead and drive Upstream System’s Digital services Sales Strategy, business growth and go-to-market strategy in East Africa. She will lead a team responsible for providing affordable and secure access to digital services in the region.

Jackie joined the company in January 2021 after working with Oracle Corporation as a Technology Sales Leader for 8 years prior to which she was at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as the Business Development Manager in East and Sub Sahara Africa, a role she played for 3 years.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the Rutgers University, New Jersey with a double MBA from Oracle University in Business Planning and Marketing. She also did Project Management Fundamentals from Oracle University.
