Huawei, Kenya’s Lipa Later partner to make Y7 Prime available on hire purchase

Huawei has partnered up with Lipa Later, an online credit facility that lets buyers pay for a myriad of items in up to 12 monthly instalments, to offer the newly launched Y7 Prime 2019 on hire purchase.

The announcement was made by winnie Nzisa from Lipa Later during the official launch of the Huawei Y7 Prime 2019 into the Kenyan market.  The device is currently retailing at Kshs 17,999 in the retail stores across the country but thanks to the partnership with Lipa Later one can get the device for as little as Ksh 2,600.

“Huawei have partnered up with Lipa Later to enable its customers to Get the newly launched Huawei Y7 Prime 2019 using our facilities today and pay in flexible monthly instalments of as little as Kshs 2,600,” said Nzisa.

Lipa Later’s partnership with Huawei also extends to pre-orders, whereby one can make a pre-order of the newly launched device for as little as Ksh 2,600 and receive a free Huawei gift pack. The pre-orders end on the 7th of February.

The Huawei Y7 Prime 2019 combines technology and stylish design at affordable price, which features a 6.26-inch HUAWEI Dewdrop display, 13MP AI Camera with a f/1.8 wide aperture lens, two-day battery and an octa-core Qualcomm SoC Snapdragon 450.
