Gullit VC Launches Start-Up Accelerator Programme
Gullit VC, a venture capital firm, has launched an accelerator program for startups in Africa, following the opening of its new office in Addis Ababa.
With a mission to invest in African startups to drive economic growth, create jobs, and solve local challenges, Gullit VC is providing free overhead space, mentorship, legal services, financial services, and office space to help startups grow and thrive.
The new office in Addis Ababa offers a 300-meter co-working space, two conference rooms, a yoga room, a game area, a cafeteria, and an outdoor garden workspace.

Gullit VC has also designated two offices for selected startups, including G-Media the media arm of Gebeya, (a Pan-African talent marketplace), a branding and advertising agency with an animation studio, and KBI, an Ethiopian software development firm that is focused on building business intelligence software using Generative AI to help corporations and Non-Governmental Organizations analyze, understand, and visualize their big data.
“Mikiyas Amdu, KBI’s spokesperson, said, “We are looking forward to the next growth stage for our company in terms of making more revenue. With Gullit, we feel like we’re in this unique space where we can grow exponentially by working together and utilizing the services and coaching their teams provide.”
After the 18-month accelerator program, startups will have the option to continue their membership with a nominal fee.
