Ken Kimani has recently been named the new Channel manager for Eset in East Africa to grow ESET’s solutions and services to customers through an extensive partner channel based in Ethiopia, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda and Rwanda.
Ken has enjoyed a prolific customer focused career over 11 years encompassing key account management, project management and technical support for multisite projects with well-honed service management skills gained through years of crafting customer experiences via exceptional and effective service.
Before joining Eset, Ken was the Operations Manager at GSM Systems East Africa where he was responsible for managing customers in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and providing assistance as need be in the West African region. He has also worked with Tango Telecom as the Customer Operations Engineer where he undertook multiple pre-sales engagements in projects, both on technical and commercial aspects.

Some of the projects he has worked on before include; Airtel DRC geo-redundancy and hardware replacement project, Airtel Chad systems migration, Airtel Chad SMS roaming hub migration, Telcel Mexico, Mobile Virtual Network Operator project etc.
He holds a BSc in Telecommunications &Information Engineering from Jommo Kenyatta University of Science and Technology and a Masters of Business (MBA), Strategic Planning.
