Panaseer, a cyber security data analytics company, announced that it is expanding to the US as it gears for growth in 2017. Its new office will be based in New York in response to strong client demand from its growing portfolio of global financial service customers
The Panaseer® Security Data Lake is a big data analytics platform designed to help security leaders answer the question, “How secure are we?” Based on open source technologies including Hadoop and Spark, its proposition won an award for ‘innovation and big data’ at the 2016 New York Strata + Hadoop World Startup Showcase.
Nik Whitfield, CEO, Panaseer said, “Our decision to expand to the US was a direct response to demand from our growing New York Fortune 500 client base – as well as being a strategic business decision to increase our market presence and identify the next wave of clients that will benefit from our platform. We have ambitious growth targets for 2017, so it makes sense for us to be located in a global financial epicentre so that we can fully support our existing and new clients.”
