In yet another episode of CIO Speaks, our Editor-in Chief Carol Odero caught up with Flora Kinuthia, the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Farmers Choice.

Flora talks about the journey through Automation. She talks about her journey at Farmer’s Choice as she has been part and parcel .of the company through its digitization process. Flora has been part of the Farmer’s Choice family since 2006.

Having joined the manufacturing firm before the globe went into a digital transformation journey, Flora had a somewhat difficult journey getting the company to buy into the IT solutions she pitched to them. From having to simplify the language to talking about the benefits of the solutions, Flora did all she had to do to digitize the platforms used at Farmer’s choice.
