CFC Stanbic Bank calls for organization leaders to honor their top ‘young’ employees by nominating them, online, for their ‘Rising Star Awards’.
The Rising Awards awards give employers a chance to enter their top young people into the CfC Stanbic Rising Star Awards and give them the chance to be recognized alongside some of the greatest employers, leaders and talent around.
To nominate a young professional from your organization all one has to do is, simply go to the rising star competition website and complete the short form ‘Nominate a Rising Star’ and your will candidate get the opportunity to enter the competition.

The awards are nation wide, nominations can come from all parts of Kenya, and have been primarily designed to recognize and uplift the country’s talented young people.
Candidates who are eligible for the award have to be aged between 28 and 40 yrs and entries are free of charge.
Apart from CFC Stanbic bank, other supporters of the awards include; Airtel, USB and Engen.

Some participants from the 2014 awards had positive things to say about them, some of the things said include:

The deadline for the submissions for this year’s competition has been set for Feb 10, 2015.
