“The rising number of potential young innovators is an opportunity to harness their powerful minds in a bid to create a community of innovators and inculcate the culture of creativity, innovativeness and continuous learning,” said Dr Tonny Omwansa, Director, C4DLab.
Slated for April 8 this year, the one-day seminar themed “Innovation by the youth for a brighter tomorrow”, will entail key note presentations, panel discussions, as well as case study presentations.
“The event is expected to attract members of the academia ranging from university leadership to faculty and students from various disciplines, university partners such as entrepreneurs, organizations and government who appreciate the value of innovation in their organizations and society, members of the public who want to listen to presentations, learn and participate in the discussions, among others,” said Dr Omwansa in a concept note of the event.
