In an interview with Fox News on Sunday, Bill Gates Chairman and Founder of Microsoft revealed that he is now using an Android phone with “a lot of Microsoft software” on it.
Well, it is still not clear yet which Android phone brand it is but after a few speculations maybe it could be the Samsung Galaxy S8 Microsoft Edition.

This is after Microsoft announced the device in its retail stores earlier this year, and it includes apps like Office, OneDrive, Cortana, and Outlook. Any Android phone also supports these apps, but Microsoft’s customized S8 does suggest the company might continue to offer this for other Android.
The move comes at a time when Microsoft announced in July that it was killing off Windows Phone 8.1 more than three years after the company first introduced the update.

According to a report released by Gartner in February 2017, about 99.6 percent of all new smartphones now run Android or iOS and in May 2017 IDC reported that in the first quarter of 2017, Windows Phones’ market share was 0.1% making it quite hard for Microsoft survive the market with its Lumia-branded hardware as a result.
In the same interview Gates noted that he still uses window based PCs. Despite their rivalry, Gates praised late Apple Founder Steve Jobs for the good job that Apple continues to do but still not switching over to an iPhone.
