Statistics show that there are fewer women computer science graduates and programmers compared to their male counterparts; it is an evidently male dominated industry. The available women are however, doing commendable work. There’s need therefore, to invest early in girls with regards to achieve the desired count of women in the tech space in future.
HerNovavion Roundtable couldn’t have come at a better time! Slated on the 28th November 2018 at Enashipai Resort in Naivasha, Kenya, it will assemble women both within and outside of the tech space, to mentor more women into this space as a paradigm shift.
The key agendas of the talk will be among others, Improving Technology Culture for Women, Tech trends women in business need to know, Being the She Legend in Male Dominated Space and Being the Female Entrepreneur in a Tech World.

HerNovation is a one of a kind curated session sessions at this year’s CIO100 Symposium as it purposes to bring more women into tech and STEM fields, whether they be at the entry-level of female coders, engineers or even MBAs and leadership-trained.
