Africa Data Centres Backs Africa Cloud And Security Summit 2022
CIO Africa is pleased to announce that Africa Data Centres (ADC) is a sponsor of the 7th annual edition of the CIO Africa Cloud And Security Summit.
The Summit, which will take place on the 17th and 18th March 2022 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Upper Hill, Nairobi, will bring the African cloud and security community together to deliberate on topics that are critical for cloud computing, digital transformation, and cybersecurity as a critical tool to securing enterprise digital assets.
According to predictions from Gartner, global spending on cloud services is expected to reach over $482 billion in 2022, up from $313 billion in 2020. Cloud computing infrastructure is the backbone of the delivery pipeline of just about every digital service, from social media and streaming entertainment to connected cars and autonomous internet of things (IoT) infrastructure.
