Safaricom has partnered with Mowgli Mentoring to provide corporate female mentorship for her employees. This mentorship program is as a key initiative to increase to 50% the female representation within Safaricom’s management by 2020.
Mowgli Mentoring will acquaint 15 female business and technical experts from Safaricom with skills in personal mentoring. They will get capacity building training then get matched with two mentees over a period of a year.
Each matched mentor-mentee pair will then be supported through a 6-months structured program, that will then sustain the foundation setting, so the relationship continues throughout and beyond the mentorship program.
