The launch of Milele FM on all GOtv bouquets comes at a time when Kenya is about to successfully phase out analogue signal before the global deadline to digital migration process set for June 17, 2015.
“We are thrilled to launch Milele FM on the GOtv digital terrestrial television platform. Milele is one the most popular radio stations in Kenya especially for Rhumba and African music. This is a great extension of the GOtv brand as our business is centered on great local and international entertainment, sports and lifestyle content for the whole family. It also speaks to our continued efforts to be pioneers in the digital space”, said Felix Kyengo, GM, GOtv Kenya.
Milele FM pride itself as the new phenomenon of radio entertainment. It has been acknowledged as the second largest privately owned Kiswahili radio, the most popular, and the fastest growing radio station in Kenya.

“Milele FM now becomes the latest addition to GOtv long list of radio stations which subscribers can tune in. We hope to continue innovating and bringing in content as we respond to our audience demands and taste,” said Kyengo.
Milele FM was founded in April 2008, and is rated as the fastest growing Swahili radio station. It is owned by Media Max network, which is home for K24 Tv and The People Daily newspaper.
