Kevin Ayugi Appointed New COO At Izwe Kenya

Former Family Bank, Executive and Chief Digital Banking Officer, Kevin Ayugi, has been appointed as the new Chief Operating Officer at Izwe Kenya. Ayugi is a seasoned professional with a distinguished career in the banking sector, and has a proven record of driving transformative change in the financial industry.

Izwe Kenya is a digital lender operating within the East African region churning out personal and business loans. In his new role, Ayugi will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and executing strategic initiatives to enhance the company’s overall efficiency and customer experience.

Speaking to a CIO Africa reporter, Ayugi expressed excitement on his new role saying it will further grow his experience and he is excited for the new journey with Izwe Kenya.

Prior to his role at Family Bank Ayugi held several other Senior Management roles at Britam, Stanbic and Barclays (now Absa).
