Africa SACCOTech Forum To Explore Digital Transformation

In developing financial intelligence in Africa, one thing that we certainly need to improve in the continent is the saving culture. SACCOs are one of the most popular saving platforms in the continue and have been trying to promote a saving culture within Africans.

SACCOs continue to grow in the continent with more employed Africans embracing them as a tool for saving towards achieving various goals in life. SACCOs have the look and feel of an industry than can improve the saving culture of the continent.

As many industries are tapping into technology during this digital transformation era, SACCOs haven’t been left behind. It is clear that digital transformation has been fast-tracked in Africa because of the pandemic.

This theme will aim to explore how SACCOs can leverage digital technologies to improve their core business functions, such as savings and loans, while enhancing member engagement and experience.
