ESET East Africa has emerged the Cyber Security Company of the Year at the Digital Inclusion Awards (DIA) 2018.
ESET, an information technology security company specialising in the provision of multilayered internet security solutions for both corporate and consumer, scooped the coveted Award that recognises institutions in Kenya  embracing technology in their daily activities.
The Channel Manager for ESET East Africa in charge of Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Rwanda, Teddy Njoroge, marvelled at the award noting that it demonstrates the right track the company is in the adoption and use of professional cybersecurity products and services within the region.

ESET offers client centric services such as free cybersecurity awareness training for businesses and their employees, as ameasure to curb major cyber breaches caused employee errors and ommissions.
The training, a 90 minute online course, eset.com/cybertraining aims to reduce the impact and potential for cyber attacks and related data breaches. It also helps organisations meet security compliance requirements. The training modules include web and email protection, how to spot phishing emails, password best practices, social engineering, two-factor authentication and Internet of Things (IoT) security.
