Nirmal joined Freshworks in June 2020 and is passionate about bringing service management solutions to enterprises, and helping organizations grow and transform. Prior to Freshworks, he was a management consultant at Deloitte and Pricewaterhousecoopers advising clients on business and technology transformation related initiatives. He earned his MBA from Duke University in the US and an engineering degree from India.
